How Long will it take to get my order?

During non-peak times of the year, allow up to 10 working days for your order to be made and shipped. Once posted your order will take up to 5 working days for delivery by regular post or 3 working days for Express Post.

If you're unsure about your order arriving in time for a special occasion, we're happy to help meet an achievable time frame. We just need to know about it in advance, so email and we'll let you know what's possible.

Once your order has been posted you will receicccve a Confirmation Email from us with all your tracking details. 

Express Post

Express Shipping DOES NOT move your order forward in the queue. Express Shipping means your order will be delivered by an express courier service. 
If your orde is URGENT, please contact prior to ordering to discuss our shipping requirement.

Design Updates or Approvals

FAME-ily Art will send you a proof of your design or an update to your existing proof for approval. Make sure the email isn't in your SPAM Folder! 

Logo Formats

For Best Results a Vector File needs to be used. Note: Your Logo pasted into a PDF or SVG file is not a Vector Image. A Vector has to draw from scratch. We do recreate any images.

Depending on your Logo a High-Resolution Black & White Transparent PNG File may also be used.

Do we send to a PO Box?

Yes, we can.

I'm Overseas & would like to purchase a Gift for an Australian Resident with an Australian Shipping Address ?

When purchasing your gift use the Delivery Address as the Australian Residential Address & the Billing Address as your address (which can be Overseas). We will work with you to finalise Proof's etc and then ship it for you to the Australian Address.

Can I add additional items to my order without additional shipping?

Yes, you can. Depending on what the items are it may extend the time required to ship your items. The best thing to do is get in Contact with us ASAP at before ordering the additional items.

Can I Pick Up My Order instead of Posting it?

What happens if my Order is Damaged when I received it?

All oiur product are quality assessed & carefully packed. If our recieved your item & and it is damaged, we kindly ask you get in contact with us at
to allow us to assess the damage. Please provide photos of the damaged goods, preferably in box, & send them to us via email within 24 hours.

What happens if I break my items once I receive them?

We understand acciends happen! If your item is unintentionally damaged within 24 hours of recieveing your product. We ask that customers please send photos of the damage to We look at each situation on a case by case basis & work with our customers to determine how we might be able to help.

Do you offer Returns & Cancellations ?


We have a strict no returns policy with any of our products. In the event your order is incorrect or you have received the wrong order. Please email ASAP


We can offer a full refund on order items if the product hasn't been made or specific material hasn't been ordered for your project. Please email ASAP
