Because all of our products are custom made, we only accept returns for faulty or broken items. If you’ve received a faulty, broken or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at team@fameilyart.com.au so we can make it right.

Exchanges
As every item is custom made, we are unable to offer exchanges.

Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order for a full refund, provided production has not yet begun or materials haven’t been sourced. To request a cancellation, please email us promptly at team@fameilyart.com.au.
