Each set includes 15 milestone discs, with the following wording.

One Month Old to Twelve Months Old (each month is spelled out on the disc)
Four designs are available Anchor, Wreath, Roses, or Rainbow (refer to 1st listing photo for these designs). Each Baby Milestone Card is 10cm Round and 3mm thick Bamboo.
